    Graham’s school leadership resume contains multitudes. From building an all-star team with 15x academic growth at Alpha to leading programs at IMG Academy and Kaplan, Graham’s expertise in innovative school leadership and non-standard program development led him to found Hallcraft School Studio in 2022.

  • Justin Moss

    Chief of Experience and Technical Shared Services

    Justin is a father of 3 young kids and is passionate about creating amazing learning experiences for young people. He has led technical, design, and content teams in and out of the education space and believes that improving the educational experience is the best way to impact the future. Justin’s professional journey includes founding Powder Term and Surf Term adventure programs, leading teams at Prenda to build microschools, helping scale Acton Academy, as well as program leadership at Qualtrics.

    Chief of Projects

    Former preschool teacher turned Chief of Staff, Sally’s experience in every role of a school organization has led her to Hallcraft to support the diverse needs and development of the projects ahead. Sally believes in the power of supporting families as they raise their children and in providing exceptional opportunities to grow up the next generation of leaders.

    Curriculum Specialist

    Megan Alonzo knows teaching. As a career educator and school leader, Megan’s expertise spans babies to teenagers in both public and private school settings. After decades in the classroom, Megan is enjoying time with her family while simultaneously crafting the innovative curriculum for the K-8 Hallcraft portfolio schools.

    Program Director

    Elliot has spent his career working with schools and start ups to bring ambitious ideas to life. While at Alpha, an innovative micro school in Austin, Elliot led teams that designed and launched middle school, high school, and youth entrepreneurship programs. He’s also contributed product, marketing, and curriculum-design knowledge to early-stage education companies.

  • Mollie Garrigan

    Curriculum Specialist

    Mollie, a former middle school teacher, is passionate about curriculum development after her 7 years in the classroom. Upon discovering an interest in creating engaging and interactive educational resources, Mollie developed a knack for reevaluating educational practices and improving curriculum. Her goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning and provide a more comprehensive understanding of core subjects to all types of learners.
